Renew an existing Sint Maarten driving licence before or shortly after its expiry date.
Renewal is available from 90 days before the expiry date. Licences expired for more than two years cannot be renewed and require a new examination.
Your existing licence data is retrieved from the licence register, so only your photo and proof of address need to be refreshed.

- Valid National ID or Passport
Photo page, not expired.
- Recent Passport Photo
Taken within the last 6 months.

- Medical Certificate
Required for applicants aged 65 and above.
- Proof of Address
Only when your address changed since the last issuance.
