Apply for a new National ID card for an adult (18+) or a minor (0–17).
Applications are processed by the Civil Registry Department after verification of your registry record.
A biometric photo and signature are captured at the counter appointment.

The fee depends on the service recipient: NAFL 45.00 for adults, NAFL 15.00 for minors and seniors, and NAFL 47.50 for a lost identity card.

Adult and Minor — photo page, clearly readable and not expired.
- Declaration of Parental Consent (Minor only)
Only required when the service recipient is a Minor (0–17). Must be signed by the parent or legal guardian of the child.
Optional
- Resident Permit
Adult and Minor — required only if applicable to the service recipient.

The national identity card is valid for five years from the date of issue.
