Register a sole proprietorship (Eenmanszaak) as an Antillean-born citizen with the Chamber of Commerce of Sint Maarten.

An Antillean-born citizen is someone born on Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, St. Maarten, Saba or St. Eustatius. Aruban-born applicants qualify when born prior to Aruba's independence on 1 January 1986.

Everyone else is considered a Non-Antillean born citizen, even if born in The Netherlands.

When starting a business in St. Maarten the process differs for Antillean-born and Non-Antillean born citizens; this service covers Antillean-born applicants.
